thank you for your answer, in any case I was already very excited by your comic and I cannot wait to read more about it!

I honestly cannot understand the people hating on your work. I feel like fandoms has been invaded by a wave of purity/moral policy that shouldn't exist anymore. it's even more wild to me knowing you're working on a greek myth, and the greek myths are KNOWN to have many versions. that's the beauty of them in my opinion, the way these authors all wrote their own versions and they passed them to us. I love the fact you picked Ganimedes, and you decided to explore both Zeus and him. And the mystery you keep about your relationship really makes me wonder which take you will follow!

and speaking of take, I really enjoy yours on Zeus. Gods are complex beings, and sure they're problematic (like duh) and bad, and everything but it's funny how people will decide which pick for who. Like everybody love Poseidon but oh boy, he can be as bad as Zeus people. So yeah, I am actually excited to read the way you're gonna write him! I don't hate Zeus, sure he does seem one of the "worse" when reading most of the myths, but my favorite thing is the way you can love one god in one story, and hate him in another. they're immortal beings. they're not just black and white. so I happen to enjoy when authors write Zeus as more than just a big bad villain. But I also enjoy when they just don't make him a "sweet lovely daddy".

Oh by the way, I didn't know the version of Metis abusing him and I'll have to look into it! We had a more "feminist" vision of her myth in my class, so it's not something that was talked about hmm.

Also, my bad for saying he died. It was a sum up because of him turning into a constellation. I cannot say we studied this myth so unfortunately I don't have sources to help you on it! It's assumed he lives on forever young but the fact he turns into a constellation is why people think he died?

About the hate... People re affraid (artists have to much power kkkkk) and we live in a time that you need to share your opnion to get validation. In my case, they need to say that Zeus is bad and hate on him and me so they know they re on the rigth side and have good morals. And even after all this, I think its a good thing they just warning people, that way I can get to my real target that can enjoy characters more complex that re not good or evil, but mess up beings (that includes Ganimedes). And even if people in the end critizied my aproach, its also fine, I dont claim to be perfect and just hope that even to the mad ones, they feel inspired to create their version as well. I think they forgot that, like, they can have their version and will be as valid as mine, dosent matter the story.

(I really enjoy everything about Ganymede, if people go and do their versions, its a plus to me! More about him is best for me heheh. I came across two versions of Ganymede on tumblr and I LOVE BOTH!! I really want to do a fanart of the second one, but I'm a lil afraid if they dont want to interact with me, which is fair, but I'm just judging by the dark aproach on the myth, as a horror story).

Usagi? People have more free will with his interpretation's so he has many many diffrent faces backstories, personalities but often people make him focused on something in their stories, examples being, getting back home, protecting others, getting over something, fighting in battle nexus and exploring how it would be Etc. Etc. That mixed with being a love intrest

The only times when these two can be seen as just love intrest and nothing more is in

Edit's/tiktok content where everything is short af (and even then sometimes people give em backstories and their own lore it really amazes me sometimes lmao)

(in 2003 usagi and leo are close friends and Both teens, in the early comics there both adults when they first meet, even in 1987 version there both shown to be close if not the same age, the ONLY TIME where leo and usagi have very diffrent ages is in 2012 and honestly i have a little theory on why specificly that version had them be you know that but that's for another post)

Seriously what the fuck is tiktok's problem with any form of fanon content? You want the fandom to die? It aint gonna happen, you either get used to some bad stuff existing there and there and ignoring it (reporting then ignoring it if it's really bad) OR you keep quiet OR you will get banned by alot of creators after crying in their comments, then cry when you can't find something they made anymore

I know you want Penny to returne as a human but what if she returne as a robot, but like how Jenny from My Life as a Teenage Robot look, when she shape like a human but look like a robot

It would be intresting point in her story, she would belive that because she is not look human (and because she was "human" before) she is not real anymore and Ruby would assure her that she real just like her

Also having Ruby confessing her love to Penny when she look like this would show Penny that Ruby like her because of WHO she is and not WHAT she is

I don't know the series/show you're talking about, but I might check that when I can :)

I kinda explained already why I feel a bit annoyed by her coming back as a robot again, even if I'm not totally against the idea if it's done in a way I can agree with (for example, cyborg, or not completely robot).

I just think it would be really cruel to make her human with every aspect of it (like the senses, breathing, being able to touch, smell, think, feel warmth and cold...). Penny was already human from the beginning but changing her body made her forever truly human in every aspect to me, so putting her back in a metallic body after feeling even for a short time all sort of things, including pain unfortunately, I just think it would be horrible for her but maybe it's just me-

No matter if Penny's a robot or has a flesh body, in any case and form she's human and nothing will change that (and I'm glad Ruby loved her from the beginning no matter that aspect). But I'm just really sad/concerned because it's such a huge thing, it's not just about being able to think, to live or die, it's also about the whole experience and sensations, and putting your soul back in this bold just makes me feel sad *aaah*

But it's still an interesting idea for her o/

What is a Furry?

That word, "Furry," can mean a lot towards different people. Someone who likes animals or anthros, someone who wants to be an animal, someone who takes animal genetics but takes humanoid appearence, even into the sexual desires of wanting towards an anthroized creature are examples.

But there are also at the same time can be a word of spite. That they are not human, they are weird and that they should not exist, doing intercourse with an anthro creature that has animal genetics is wrong, they are a fantasy and the person is different and delusional. There is a lot of hate towards us, but there are people who accept you.

So does that any of it define you as a Furry? Well, just because you appreciate there are characters that take upon such forms it isn't really meaning you are a Furry, just accepting there is another cool species out there that are part of the ever expanding fantasies of man and our universe. There are people around you you may not know are Furries, and that is cool. That means they found something they feel part of. And it is not something to be ashamed of, though like everything, there are things that go too far or too obsessed. I unfortunetly taken the obsession route. Eh. Not hurting anyone as long as I am careful.

Being a Furry though means you take intrest deeply as you want to be different in a form that takes upon the Furry kind or let it be your hobby as taking part of it. Some like me are Furry plushie/art/figure collectors, some role play as one online, some make original characters through art work or make stories that inspire the Furry realm, sone make fursuits and pretend to be one in the real world and play around part animal and part human. Once your in though, you are ours for the taking! Mwahaha!... Kidding!

We are mainly a friendly community who like to use this for pass time or break from the strains of what the world puts on us all in different forms. Some are lucky enough to make it both their jobs like Furry Artists who use their great skills and run events at Furcons. We don't force anyone to join unless they want to, we do send invitations but we don't expect it to happen or have an RSVP date. If someone bullies you into being or doing it not of your own will, then that someone unfortunetly is just one the few bad people in our group that abused it. We are not a religion, so you are welcome to leave when you feel you are not part of it anymore and hope you find something that will make you happy or belong in life.

If you have questions, you can ask us as we are around to help you understand but from different views as well. But please ask is earnest and not hate. We do this because we love this, and we don't appreciate bullies, abusers, or trollers.

This is a really intresting take. I think I personally prefer the right to be weird theme as an asexual neurodivergent person who's constantly being told she makes the groups she belongs to look bad. And like, I'm not allowed to join the military. For a very stupid reason. I don't want to join the military but like chose non violence doesn't apply to me when Id have to fight for the right to chose violence.

This makes a lot of sense! I think this illustrates perfectly why the differences in themes might make one version or the other appeal to different groups. Casual readers/viewers probably will not care about this, but. Well. We aren't on tumblr because we're casual about it.

I think this is actually a really relevant point to bring up, because Neil Gaiman himself has said in the past that the novel was in 1990 and satire of the cold war, whereas the TV show in 2019, nearly 30 years later, is about much different anxieties. He said that the changes were to make it more about modern concerns about things like large corporations and bureaucracies. This isn't necessarily wrong, but it is different.

This is something that Neil Gaiman seems to like playing with in fiction, the idea of updating things for "modern times." This was a huge theme in American Gods, and it makes a lot of sense how the horsepersons were written in the book when you know Neil Gaiman wrote most of their scenes while Terry Pratchett wrote most of the Aziraphale and Crowley scenes.

This is pretty creative, but I...personally don't really like it that much, because it feels dismissive. I talked about that in this post a while back. (It feels extremely relevant because, for example, Neil Gaiman dismissed Pestilence as not really a big issue anymore...just before the COVID19 pandemic.)

I personally wouldn't say Neil "pulled the teeth" out of the story, although it definitely doesn't bite the same way it did on the topics in the book, it does bite on some new ones (Which I personally am not interested in, hence why the TV show doesn't really do it for me)

I think you have a very good point about the adaptation shifting into a more individualistic narrative. The book felt very much like setting up a force for change for everyone, where Aziraphale and Crowley are just the first ones brave enough to speak up about how things aren't right, whereas the TV show makes it seem like they're literally the only ones capable of thinking this way.

The scene in the TV show where Crowley offers to run away to the stars with Aziraphale. Oh my lord do I have mixed feelings about that. I gasped when he said that. It's cute. It's sappy. It's heartbreaking. It's poignant. It's so out of character.

Crowley loves the earth. Aziraphale loves the earth. They love sushi and old books and old cars and humans being weird and good and bad and wonderful and horrible all at once. I've talked about this before, but acting like Crowley would be happy in space as long as Aziraphale was there is doing a disservice to the deeply loving and humanist nature of the themes in the original work. This is one thing I'm not gonna say is just my personal preference/appeals to people differently, because objectively Good Omens is about loving and celebrating the earth and humanity. It's going in my basket with "Crowley should have revived the dove" as things that fundamentally change what the story is about.

The TV show does feel a lot more individualistic. Which, as we saw in the first point by someone who prefers the new version, isn't necessarily bad, it's just a different story. Terry Pratchett, from my experience, is much more into writing stories like the book, whereas Neil Gaiman is more into writing stories like the TV series.

I saw a post a while back (which I'm not going to find and reblog because I don't want that OP to feel like I'm being unnecessarily argumentative or critical of their post) that said Good Omens (TV version) is about Crowley and Aziraphale fighting for the right to be harmlessly weird, and that's why it resonates with autistic people a lot

I think this is an analysis of the TV show that has a lot of merit, but I think it also illustrates how the miniseries adaptation very subtly changed the main themes of the original work

In my opinion, and the reason why I gravitated towards the original story, the book's main theme isn't about being "harmlessly weird," but rather choosing love, kindness, and humanity when violence and hostility is expected of you.

This is why the TV show being sort of a workplace or office resonates less with me. GOmens to me has been about soldiers defying orders, not office workers defying to make water cooler talk because their co-workers aren't understanding.

However it's not like the latter isn't a story worth telling and there's a lot of overlap because both are about rejecting conformity and the status quo

However I would quibble that challenge the status quo is not "harmless" and often causes trouble for the people in power.

To me the point of the story is "the people in power need to have trouble caused for them," rather than "we're not causing trouble for you, leave us alone."

I think this is probably, once again, because Terry was there for the book but not the miniseries. He has a way of writing rage-against-the-machine-by-choosing-kindness-and-understanding characters that I don't see in Neil's writing.

For me personally I liked the book but lost interest in the TV show because I grew up in a culture that expected me to honor violence and engage with everyone else with suspicion and not be weak and trusting. And unlearning that to understand other people, learn how to choose kindness and reject the idea that we have to fight took a lot to unlearn that brainwashing.

I hope people gravitating towards the TV show are having their own journeys with it ☺️

Yes, I've seen that rumor circulating recently, although it's not a new rumor by any means. I also saw pretty much the same thing circulating at least a year ago or more.

For those who haven't heard, the rumor is as Anon described. Basically, "XZ and his team are no longer accepting more romantic scripts for him, and tend to accept scripts of life and era."

I take 'romantic' to mean 'projects where romance is the central theme' such as with OOL, rather than where it's just part of the story, such as with Ace Troops. Almost all film and drama projects will have some romantic component, however peripheral that may be.

This rumor has actually been a source of conflict between fan factions, which is interesting because it shows just how invested (or uninvested, as the case may be) each faction is in these projects and in their own narrative about how GG feels about these projects.

Self-insert solos adore the romances because it gives them more opportunity to watch him interact romantically with a female lead, which helps feed their dreams of one day marrying him. They hate this rumor and lash out (as they so love to do) against BXG as the outlet for all their frustrated impotent longings.

Many BXG love the idea of GG no longer doing straight romance dramas, and there is a lot of CPN floating around about it. The CPN varies.

"GG is tired of being shipped with women" (definitely likely given how straight relationship rumors can really kill a celebrity's career in China)

"DD was jealous and GG promised 'never again'" (unlikely)

"GG feels uncomfortable filming these things" (I think most actors do, but as an actor it's part of GG's job, and by itself discomfort is an unlikely reason for refusing projects).

Ultimately no one knows if this rumor is even true, let alone why such a choice might have been made if the rumor is true. Here are my thoughts on why GG might make such a choice (if the rumor is true).

(My own opinion - I have no special insight).

GG is a serious actor who wants interesting projects of substance and depth, and romances almost never fit that description. People are always throwing him into the 'idol' category, and part of shedding that image needs to involve taking on projects that don't encourage that kind of image/fan reaction.

GG is constantly having to deal with fan wars and controversies, and it's no doubt a huge headache for him and his team. Nothing - NOTHING - generates more of that BS than romantic projects.

GG likely doesn't want to deal with straight relationship rumors, and these types of projects tend to lead to shipping and relationship rumors. Such rumors are a threat to his career. Celebrities in that region are marketed on a fantasy of romantic availability, and if they are thought to be in a serious relationship that can kill a career. It's why even straight celebrities hide their relationships.

If this rumor is true I doubt very much that it has anything to do with DD. GG is just cultivating the career path that interests him and gives him the best (aka least PITA) experience of being an actor.

But like I said, it's just a rumor and could be completely untrue. It's even possible that it's being intentionally spread as a means of getting a lot of clicks and generating controversy among fans. Let's face it: as a melon that's a pretty high-traffic story. It's basically telling a huge percentage of a celebrity's fans, "Sorry ladies, your idol is no longer going to be taking the kinds of projects you're most excited to see him in!"

I can always tell when this type of thing is happening because the barometric pressure in my inbox starts rising dramatically. 😅

Something about LO that's never sat right with me was... I'm not sure how to say it, but it's lack of identity? Like, obviously there's heavy ddlg themes with Hades and Persephone. From Rachel's concept art to the comic frames themselves. And despite taking the dynamic too literal (making Persephone a teen and Hades middle aged, improper power dynamics, etc), there's nothing fundamentally wrong with that trope. Doms and subs are consensual, even in every day life. But my problem is, instead of having mature adults in this setting with this dynamic, Rachel somehow also wants to make it a coming of age story with feminine empowerment? Showing Persephone doing buissness for her mother, hyping her up as the dread queen, etc, yet making her useless whenever her love intrest is on screen. Not to say H and P can't be equals, but it always walks such a fine line of 'yes, this woman is the bad bitch, EXCEPT when it comes to her screen time.' Boiling H and P down, they seem so shallow. Sure, there's the friendly banter in previous episodes (thinking back to the chess game), but there's nothing tying the twos stability together. Persephone mostly seems to be lavishing in Hades body/money. Buying flashy outfits, lusting over his abs (I'm not counting 'Pers made her own money in the mortal realm by taking up Demeter's place' because we didn't see it and its never used again). Again, being a sugar baby is fine, but empty promises of 'tell don't show' makes it seem empty. Pers is supposed to be the queen of the underworld, and yet she wasnt present at all while Hades went to speak to Kronos? Didn't even know about it? Playing with sticky notes? Really? And with Hades, it's a mix of lust and emotional trama. He sees Persephone as a caretaker. Maybe not physically, but in the relationship, Persephone is the one whos literally compared to his own mother. Someone who's kind, nurturing, the embodiment of motherly. As long as Hades pays for everything (like he was doing with Minthe), he gets the perks of coddling. Besides that, what common interests do the two share? They both run buissness? Pers isn't working alongside Hades for buissness, aka Kronos. Thats legit the only reason I can think of. Pers can care less about the mortal realm, Hades sees the underworld more as a wallet than a realm of passion. It boils down to the show don't tell point. 'ill add spesifics to show that you're WRONG (Pers having her own place)! But now that I've won, I don't ever have to show it again! (Pers lack of independence being shown in the rest of the comic).'

Yeah, honestly LO feels like it doesn’t exactly care about the actual character development and storyline. There’s a reason why romance related movies, shows, and books have something to offer the reader other than romance. If you just have two characters always coming together no matter what with little to no development at all except for their shared shallow views of how the world works for over 100 episodes many people will get tired. There’s a reason why slow burns are so loved, because once the characters actually see the other romantically the audience and readers start to feel rewarded, they’ve waited this whole time and have been patient with the climaxes of the story for so long and now their patience is paying off, and they finally get to see their ship sail. With LO it’s like it tries to create some sort of slow burn tension but it’s all ruined because it’s not actual tension. There’s nothing keeping HxP from happening, they could be together completely no matter what without any other obstacles if they want but Rachel continues to drag it out as if Hades and Persephone just can’t possibly be together. She’s been doing this for a while now and it’s reasonable why people are no longer there for their romance anymore, it’s not written in a way that there’s a reward. You don’t get a reward for your patience, there’s nothing that you’re waiting for so you just feel empty the entire time you’re reading.

I’m very over LO being marketed as a feminist story though. Don’t get me wrong I’m utterly and completely a feminist, I support women until it’s clear that I shouldn’t (and no, that doesn’t mean I just blindly trust women either that sentence just means that if there’s a situation where it’s a crime against a woman, I’m going to side with her if there’s not obvious evidence that she either manipulated the situation, lied, or was the aggressor in the crime) but I absolutely see nothing aligning to feminism with LO. It’s honestly criminal how little the comic has to do with feminism, I feel like it got put in there because a woman was the “main character”. But it’s just depressing how LO is getting all of this fame for this so called feminist retelling yet there’s way better feminist driven stories out there. You know how many female main characters there are on webtoon who have depth, complexity, actual power, and other amazing qualities being showcased on webtoon in their own respective comics? I feel like everyone hates to say it so I will but because of the decline in storytelling and overall art of LO I feel like it’s time to at least congratulate people who still have passion for their work. I know writing webtoons are stressful, I hate even saying this cause I feel like I’m undermining Rachel’s work but it’s getting to a point where I don’t see as much effort anymore. I just wish more people were able to have their work appreciated, it’s not fair to them.

You must have seen the live action adaptation of BB, right? What do you think about it? Do you know if Yana contributed to this in any way? Unfortunately, I can't find anything specific on the internet. Is there a statement from Yana about this?

Would be intresting because Yana likes to do hidden "spoilers", like in "season 2". I think if that were the case some kurofan would be very happy... Example, due to the scene where Sebastian gives the pill from mouth to mouth.. 😅. would really be quite a fan service if that were happen in BB...

I can also imagine that this film spoils the fact that Sebastian remains loyal to the family and Ciel's "descendants". How do I get it? Because in the movie it is implied that "Earl (Ciel?) Phantomhive" is the ancestor and the Storyline of the movie takes place in the "now". Is at least an interesting thesis, assuming Sebastian waits for Ciel's soul until he has married and fathered heirs AND Yana has give some small hints or instructions to the maker of the real movie.....

Yes. I hate it. Idk what Yana-san said to the people who made it, but either she gave dodgy advice or they just took whatever she said and tossed it away in favor of weird fan service nonsense.

The dreary setting, the all-Japanese cast playing Japanese characters (suggesting everyone is Japanese by then, including "Ciel's" descendants), "Ciel" even having descendants, the demon somehow contractually obligated to serve his descendants, none of the reapers we met before seem to exist anymore, a female protag who pretends to be male, the main plot rehashing parts of our earl's experiences -- dressing as a girl to infiltrate an organization, getting kidnapped, needing to be saved from a fate worse than death, dealing with a criminal aunt (I think), etc. It's pure and utter 💩.

I don't use the live-action movie for hints about anything. It's a master class in what not to do with a series... unless all you want is something to package and sell... having lost all of your dignity.

If Sebastian lets out earl live long enough to father children, then I'll be so beyond disappointed. Honestly. Sure, there's something tempting about letting the kid have some kind of "happy" ending that way, before his soul is taken, but it just makes no sense to me; it's not the natural course of a story like this. 🤷🏻‍♀️

May 13th Reading

Definitely long awaited and way bigger than I intended it to be so buckle up.

Funky disclaimer: this is for entertainment purposes only and not to be taken as fact! This is my interpretation of the cards!

Oh boy. The continuation of yoongis soulmate saga.

(Note frome future me: it's not proofread but I'm hungry. Sorry for mistakes!)

So so so so

Let's start.

I started with all the normal jazz. Connecting with his energy and shit. Same as usual same old same old. Platform= same same. I was like, "hey, let's talk about your soulmate and the whole may 13th shit" and we connected via energy stringy thing to the forehead and such. I was intresting bc my end of the string was kinda my energy color! Neato. Looks like some rest has really done me good!

Okay, here's where I start actually asking shit. I made notes at this point before the reading as I usually do. I'm just gonna insert the screen shot here.

The 14 thing really fucked me up. You'll see later. Also, when I got the whole Pisces Jupiter thing I had to do me some googling bc we established that Jupiter went into Pisces ON May 13th so I was like?? Am I missing something?

I was. I forgot that it goes retrograde and then co.es back to Pisces on December 28th. And I do indeed think it to be significant.

The shit about temperance makes a lot of sense. In yoongis first soulmate read I flipped my shit bc he was like, "You're gonna get temperance reverse" in regards to a card for his soulmate and I was like "pft whatever. Don't play me like that"

And then I got temperance reverse. It's been a significant card from the jump.

I asked him if he had any advice for his soulmate and that's what "Don't wait for big things, you'll miss the small ones that lead you to bigger things" and "Look for facts before assuming" and "Don't try pushing it, forcing it won't make sense" and "A spade is a spade/ ace is an ace" and "Don't make ill informed guesses" all were

Now this part:

"Union has happened , yet to on the physical"

Gave me some hints thankfully because he straight up said no more hints.

This ties back into the whole Jupiter thing too. The seeds are/ have been planted and now they have to grow before they can be harvested.

Well Mr. Yoongi, I'm impatient and I don't want to wait. I want to see you in love pronto.

Anyways

He showed me a little dream box/ trinket box looking thing and a super vague Keychain with no further explanation... so... there's that I guess.

I can't quite decide if "Don't make ill informed guesses" was a tongue-in-cheek pike at me or if it was genuine advice to his soulmate? He just loves to not explain things.

Now let's begin the monster read.

So. The first row of cards

I asked the question, "what the fuck was May 13th and what was it's purpose in regards to your connection"

Important is what it was lol. I interpret this as them finding their footing and this being the starting point of the genuine foundation being layer. Like they've been manifesting eachother for a while but May 13th marked the start of them making the real life changes in their actual lives that will be the set up for them meeting.

The seven of coins is about thoughtful planning and creating security/ stable plan. The tower is essentially ripping away anything and everything that was built on unstable foundation and challenging/ testing your character (an extremely rude awakeing if you will). Judgement is releasing the past so you can rise above it and confronting yourself as you are (Also legit awakening) the queen of coins is financial security and self confidence in your abilities. Ten of coins is prosperity and abundance and most of all, stability. Eight of wands is explosion of potential and rapid movement. Temperance is awareness and balance between physical and spiritual. It's also that quiet peace where you find balance.

So. Seeing all those cards it really does seem like maybe his soulmate took on something new that could lead straight to union? Same for yoongi. I'd like to analyze and recent or new-ish habits or hobbies he's picked up?

Moving right along though. I asked what the 13th did for each of them in their personal life and personal journey. Kinda like what came as a result of that energy? Let's start with yoongles

This was really intresting to me. I think he definitely gained some form of clarity about the situation with that sun card. The 5 of cups tells me that either he was kinda forced to confront some of his flaws in a way that he was trying to avoid or he had to consciously let go of something dear to him? Could be something he had to leave behind because it crumbled with the tower moment but he didn't see it coming or didn't know that it was time to part with it? With that queen of wands though fits beautifully with the sun! Its like he's found warmth after a long winter. Definitely found a spark of compassion and generosity from a place of happiness and love rather than anger, fear, obligation or pitty.

I asked for clarity cards/ anything else that may 13th signified bringing in and we got the 2 of cups and 10 of swords. I have two thoughts. Either he let go of a relationship that he was already in because he didn't feel as though they were particularly compatible anymore (Also ties into the above section) OR the 13th had made him very much consciously aware of his soulmates incoming status and he is now preparing and working on himself for when this person comes. The 10 of swords would be him releasing the past and the pain and any ill fitting behavior that don't vibe with him any longer. Yellow really seems to be working for him by the way.

Soulmate time

Lol. All signs point to his soulmate genuinely starting a new venture. New creative pursuit that will bring them good money. 10 of pentacles is abundance, prosperity and stability. The ace of wands is a new creative spark and passion and it's the first big steps into something new. The 2 of wands is "the world is in the palm of your hands" vibes. Choices need to be made swiftly and with the ace of wands I think they will be. With the heirophant too, it will be a well informed decision because they've been manifesting this and has been searching for all the possible information.

As for clarity, we have the moon. Damn. Soulmates been doing that shadow work. Dredging up all their bullshit and getting rid of it while still taking the time to sit with it and release it so nothing is unresolved. Also probably extra creative due to all the emotional baggage being thrown out. (Definitely helping with the ace of wands vibes tbh)

Now for the bad boys in the middle

The question I asked is what those individual changes (detailed in the last two sections) will bring for the bond and I just can with them. These fuckers. I am so invested in their love story bc it's so... them? And just so fucking ROMANTIC. UGH I CAN'T.

Back to the point. High priestess, 4 of wands and the lovers. The high priestess is deep knowing and insane intuition, the 4 of wands is the purest joy and marriage and the lovers is well, the lovers.a magical union.

FUCK DUDE I NEED THIS TO BE A ROMCOM.

For the row of bottom cards

I asked if they had anything at all to add so I'm gonna explain each card individually bc I think they could be individual tid bits of shit.

Knight of coins is good news about finances/ money looking promising and organized work (also dependability!!). Death is all about transformation, the beginning of a new chapter and accepting in order to move foward. Ace of coins is spiritual and material abundance and also a reminder to keep grounded. Page of swords is confidence, important news coming and really good insight! Roots out secrets or hidden things like a truffle pig. The star is promising potential, healing and guidance from an enexpected place. The two of cups is a soul connection, love, intuition especially in regards to another person and a good bind. The emperor is self awareness, foresight, fearlessness to achieve a goal and confidence. Eight of coins rev is poor discipline and skating by on low effort.

Now to the sides!

Yoongi is the left, soulmate is the right.

So, let's begin with yoongi. The first two cards are anything he wants to say to his soulmate. Wheel of fortune and three of swords reverse. I take this as "its all in divine time/ it's destiny" (wheel of fortune) and "trust your intuition. It's okay to get hurt, you just need to remember you can always pick yourself up" (3of swords rev.)

We have now cards that I asked what he was learning through this process/ in this time. Be positive and first step.

The last two cards are affirmations he wants to give his soulmate.

"When I introduce joy to a situation, I change the vibrational frequency of what's happening around me" and "directing my focus onto what's thriving creates more of what I want"

Now for soulmates cards (same structure)

Strength and eight of swords. "You're stronger than you think. Take every part of yourself and acknowledge it. You're a force to be reckoned with" (strength) and (soulmate snapped at him on this) "the only thing holding you captive is you."

Now we have peer pressure (I think soulmate is learning to say "fuck you" and "fuck off" to people who have a set idea of how everyone should be living their lives), emotional healing and open your arms to receiving.

Then we have "its good to feel good" (lol I feel like yoongi definitely needs this one) and "when I connect to the spiritual realm, I open the door to recieve divine guidance, clear direction, and great wisdom"

The last stretch my friends.

So. Completion, leave behind the things that no longer serve you. Exist in the present and don't keep mulling over the past or any future happenings. Magic, pay attention to the magic around you. Listen for the signs of the universe and take them as they come (essentially listen to divine guidance) . Be open minded but logical as well. So I asked what numbers I should try refreshing and then it hit me. The number 14 came up before the reading and it seemed a bit misplaced? So I did 14 shuffles and look what popped up

I came back to the platform to be like, "thanks homie" and it was weird bc he was practically pure energy? Like usually I visualize his energy as what his physical body looks like because it's easier to comprehend? But nope, he was just a big shimmery glob of energy.

As I was going to disconnect, a few things happened. I felt tingly and the platform was vibrating almost? So I was like, "hold on, what the fuck is this?"

And then

It hit me

"MIN YOONGI IS YOUR SOULMATE HERE??"

I could tell this fuckin asshole was smug even in his blue glob form.

The color was... blue like yoongi but also a light lavender/ pink kinda vibe. Pretty damn distinct.

I was so stoked and I thought we'd all get to chat and I could yell at his soulmate for being an elusive asshat

But Mr smug butt had different plans.

My dude dropped a little marble thing in my hand and I was like ??? And he was like, "you'll know when you need it" and I was like ?????

My guide took pity on me and said, "it's just a representation on information that you've been given but it isn't the proper time to unpack it yet"

Anyway, I genuinely think that my excitement of this whole situation must somehow also influence how yoongis energy handles my prodding? Like what the fuck is this marble bullshit?

My main take away is that amay 13th through July 28th will be all the foundation and ground work and December 28th 2021 through May 10th (11th? 9th?) 2022 will be a more likely time for physical union and actual relationship stuffs.

talking about my fav stuff

hi um this post is pretty long so i'll put the actual content under the cut. It's not very intresting, you can ignore it, I just want to talk about some of my favourite things because I don't have anyone to talk to about them. sometimes i just feel like spitting information and personal opinions about stuff i like, so uh, here goes nothing

OKAY lets start with bandori. I started playing last sunday, because I wanted to have a conversation subject with an online friend I admire a lot. This was the same reason I got into dangan into the first place, but ill talk about it later. Bandori is so lovely!! It's so fun to play and I love the stories. The characters and interactions are so wholesome!! The songs are so nice to listen to and they make me feel happy and energetic. My favourite songs to play might be 1/3 no junjouna kanjou and a cruel angel's thesis. As you already know, my favourite characters are Tae, Kasumi, Arisa, Rinko and Sayo!! I immediately added them as platonic f/os because they are lovely. I have yet to create a self insert, but when i do, I can't wait to make drawings of them interracting! I have a few ideas. I am so grateful for my online friend for showing me this AMAZING game.

Another game im eternally grateful i've been introduced to is danganronpa. Even if i don't personally enjoy the actual game, OH, the characters....the characters....mmmm....If you haven't noticed already, i am in love with Taka😔💓 I also really like Sayaka and my other platonic f/os from this source, but him? HIM?? He is my everything. He is the reason I am still healthy right now. He helped me more than any other living person. His existence is so precious to me, he isn't "just a comfort character" anymore, he is, to me, a person, a person i trust with my entire life, one of the people i LOVE to most and my one and only. I can't put into words how much he means to me. I may seem pathetic right now, "ooooo hes just a drawing!!1!1 he can't be that important lol u weirdo!!1!!", but I genuinely love him so much. It's very embarassing, but that is the truth. I LOVE HIM more than i love myself. He is my main reason for my happiness and I like to believe that he thinks the same about me. I like to believe he loves me as much as I adore him. Please let me believe, I just KNOW im not hurting anyone by loving someone who isn't quite real. He is real in my soul and my mind💌💘💝💖💗💓💞💕💟❣

heeeeeyyyy!! how are you doing? 911 anon here I just wanted to tell you that I've just finished season 3 and now I'm broken. I need more I mean... I was used to watching 10 episodes a day and being kept company by those characters and now I feel sad...

ok, so final conclusions now that I have watched the whole thing. first off, I think hen is one of the greatest characters that I've seen in a show. a poc lesbian woman with a wife and kids, kicking ass, saving lives and being so incredibly smart and kind and a good friend while also making mistakes which gives her the human element but also being kicked a few times by life and still winning in the end is the most wholesome thing that I've seen in a while by show.

second I wanna talk about chimney. I knew I'd like his character but I never assumed that I'd like SO MUCH! after seeing his background story I had another level of respect for this man and I'm so glad and happy that he found someone who appreciates the real him. all of it. which brings me to Maddie. I mean.... come on!!! a bad ass woman who finally got her freedom and saves lives but still cracks and cries and cares about all the people she's helped! and she finally finds the man who can give her what her ex husband has taken away from her. safety! chimney and Maddie are the couple I will be rooting for the most in season 4 just sayin'...

having said THAT I don't want to forget the no 1 power couple of the show which is obviously Athena and Bobby. both with their own struggles and still keeping it together (at least most of the times). I can't express how happy I was when Athena and Bobby became a thing and Bobby had a second shot in a family! also, Athena a beautiful, strong woman who never gives up... ugh... that's WHAT I'M HERE FOR!!!

and finally I need to address the elephant in the room. Buck and Eddie which were the reason (because of your posts) who got me intrested in this show. Buck in season 1 was not a very likeable? for me. before Abby he was just portrayed as a young, impulsive guy that used sex to fill an emotional void should I dare say? and after Abby although he seemed legit about this relationship it just... wasn't working. I mean don't get me wrong, I liked Abby but their dynamic with Buck was just... not it. neither of them were in a stage in their life to be in a relationship and they just couldn't help each other. it wasn't their age difference but their lives were in a very different place. they were both trying to figure themselves out. so I think it was for the best they were not together anymore. now, I know that buck 2.0 was supposedly with Abby and after Abby but I think the real buck 2.0 was when Eddie came into the scene. Eddie is a very likeable character. he saves lives, he's a single father with a kid that he has to look after... his whole appearance screams 'NICE' and I know he's done some wrong choices but I think in his case the good outdoes the bad. and this is why I love buck's and Eddie's dynamic in this show! Buck's relationship with Christopher is just adorable and ever since the tsunami episode.. ugh... I mean Buck was in such a distress! the tsunami episode is so hard to watch tbh. buck was in PAIN! and I think it's pointless to just pinpoint every single moment buck was like a second father to Chris. it would take a whole another essay. anyway, in conclusion, yes, I'm rooting for something between them, but because of what this show has given us between buck and Eddie I still wouldn't be mad if they just leave it as best friends.

as far as the other characters are concerned, I think Josh has a special place in my heart as well and I was so sad for what had happened to him. Christopher I've talked about what a lovely, happy kid he is! he's adorable. Michael is also a great character and I was relieved in the last episode that he's getting better!

to conclude, this show was one of the greatest I've seen lately and thank you so much for introducing me to it and also for being there enduring my rambles through the whole thing while I was watching it.

1. YES hen is one of the best characters and her and karen are PERFECT and i love that they worked through their issues together and i really hope hen has some good storylines in s4!!

2. chim and maddie make me so happy you have no idea they’re such strong characters individually and then together they’re so soft and lovely and i just want them to have so much happiness UGH SO MUCH HAPPINESS

3. YES BATHENA POWER COUPLE!! i honestly don’t think i’d like bobby as much if him and athena weren’t a couple i love seeing their interactions and the entire grant-nash family are just !! however athena i adore on any and every level she is my wife a goddess i worship her

4. i sort of agree with your opinion of buck, whilst i did like him in season 1 (after the first episode at least) i agree that he definitely developed more as a character in the second season without abby. and yeah, their relationship wasn’t great and i wish more had been made of the fact that it wasn’t great. eddie is *deep breath* the loml he’s a DAD he’s HOT he’s GOOD AT HIS JOB he’s FUNNY he’s COMPLICATED he’s GROWN fuck i love him and i love christopher and yeah, whatever happens between them relationship wise I’d be happy bc they are a really good portrayal of a healthy male friendship which media needs more of!! however bro some of those moments hhhh they need to be EXPLAINED!! what is the explanation!!

5. the minor characters yes every single one of them is so strong and every single one i wish we could see more of! luckily it looks like may grant will be more of a regular next season bc she works in dispatch it seems, and albert also seems to be in more so !! here’s hoping!
